past continuous

We use the past continuous to say that something was in progress in a particular past time.

Positive form:
we put were in You, We and They and was in I, He, She and It and the verbs + -ing.Ex: waching, reading...
Ex:
I was waching the TV
You were reading a book


Negative form:
we put were not in You, we and They and was not in I, He, She and It and rhe verbs + -ing.
Ex:
I was not waching TV
You were not reading a book


Interrogative form:
we put were or was subject and the verbs + -ing.
Ex:
Was I Waching the TV?
Were You reading a book?
